If you are receiving a notice that your account is blocked, please read the following
- Most common - Double check that you are using the correct credentials when logging into Queens systems. For example, if you attempt to log into mail.queens.edu without including @queens.edu in your email username, the system will give you a blocked/invalid notice.
- Too many incorrect password attempts can trigger an account to lock up. In this case, try resetting your password at mypassword.queens.edu
- Your account may be disabled due to how long you have been inactive with the university. If it has been more than 9 months since your last day with Queens, your account is likely disabled or removed.
If you need any further assistance please contact the ITS Help Desk. You will need to provide your Full name, date of birth and Queens ID number for identity verification.
