Retrieve Cloud Recording
Using Cloud Recording in RingCentral
ITS has acquired Cloud Recording as an additional temporary storage solution for RingCentral videos intended for use during one semester. Please read carefully to understand when to use this service, the limitations, and how best to store your RingCentral videos.
When you click Record in RingCentral, you will now see 2 options: Record on This Computer and Record to the Cloud. Record to the Cloud is a great solution for those using the multi-access classrooms: you can log off the classroom computer promptly and you’ll receive an email from RingCentral when the Cloud Recording has finished processing (check Junk Folder if needed).
If you choose Record to the Cloud, note that these Cloud Recording Videos will automatically be deleted after each semester. So ask yourself: Do I need this video ONLY this semester? Will I need this video AFTER the current semester?
