Call Queues allow you to distribute calls to custom groups or departments.
• Easily toggle between Accept Queue Calls and Don't Accept Queue Calls.
• Queue Calls can be viewed in the call log.
How to set your RingCentral app to receive Queue Calls or not
Click your Profile Picture and select either Don't Accept Queue Calls or Accept Queue Calls.
Note: If Accept Queue Calls is enabled, Line 1 will be the Call Queue and Line 2 will be the Caller Name. The view will be the same when accepting Call Queues from RingCentral Phone.
