Warm Transfer (Screening Phone Call)
1. Press/Tap “Transfer”
2. Dial Extension Number
3. Press Send (green button) OR wait a few seconds and it will dial automatically
4. When the extension answers, you can speak to your correspondent (warm transfer)
5. Press “Transfer” when ready to transfer
Blind Transfer (Transferring the call without screening – Feature also keeps external caller ID)

Transfer to Voicemail
1. 1.During an active call, Long Press/Hold “Transfer”
2. Blind Mode/Select “Blind” with the Navigation Button, Press Select center button
3. Press *0 + Extension Number (for example if Extension is 1010, press *01010)
4. Press Send (green button) OR wait a few seconds and it will dial automatically
Call Park
1. During an active call, Press “More”, then “Park”
2. Take note of the park extension number that is announced (range *800 - *899)
3. Announce the park extension to your correspondent
To Retrieve a Parked Call
1. Correspondent dials the park extension (range *800 - *899) to retrieve call
2. Speak
To Make an Outside Call
1. Dial Area Code + Number
2. Press Send (green button) OR wait a few seconds and it will dial automatically
