Rguroo is an online statistical software used for classes and by staff around campus.
Faculty can register for a free Rguroo account at https://www.rguroo.com/register/ and select the Faculty option.
Students
1. Navigate to https://www.rguroo.com/register-student/
2. Creating Your Account
a. Account Type: Select “Create a new account.” (If you’ve previously used Rguroo,
select “Renew your account.”)
b. Subscription: Select “Have Access Key” (Leave all other options blank in this section).
c. Email Verification: Enter your school email address two times in the two text boxes.
The email address must end with @queens.edu. Make sure to enter your email
address correctly.
d. Click Submit: Check your email for an email verification code that is sent to you. The
email is from no-reply@mail.rguroo.com and has the subject line “Rguroo
Confirmation Code.” If you don’t see the email in your Inbox within a few minutes,
check your Spam/Junk folder.
e. Return to the registration page and enter (or copy-paste) the verification code shown
in the email in the “Email Verification Code” textbox and click the Submit button.
3. Enter your first and last name as it appears in your class registration.
4. Select U.S., and in the “Select institution’s State,” select NC.
5. In the “Institution” textbox, type in “Queen” and from the list that appears, select “Queens
University of Charlotte.”
6. Type in your “Instructor’s Name” and “Course Name or Course Number.”
7. Select the “Accept Terms of Service” checkbox and click the “Submit” button.
8. An email from no-reply@mail.rguroo.com with a temporary password and login
instructions will be sent to your email address. The subject of the email is “Rguroo
Confirmation & Temporary Password.” If you don’t see the email in your Inbox within a few
minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.
9. Follow the instructions in the email to set your password and log in to your Rguroo
account.
10. To login to your account from this point on, go to https://rguroo.com, click the “Sign in”
button on the top right, and use your username (email address) and password to log in.
