Users may intermittently experience issues while submitting QNews articles wherein the user clicks the button to submit the article but receives either no response, or a blank page appears instead of the normal page.
This issue is being addressed by Queens IT Services in conjunction with the 3rd party vendor who provides this service, however, there is also a recommended work-around that also addresses this problem in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome browsers. In each case, the resolution involves deleting your temporary internet files.
