How Do I Configure my Queens Email Account on an iPad or iPhone?

  1. ​From the home screen, select Settings > Then select Accounts & Passwords.
  2. Select Add Account >  This step is skipped if this is the first email account on the phone.
  3. Select Exchange
  4. In the Email field, enter your full email address (for example, [email protected]).
  5. Enter a Description
  6. Click Next
  7. You will then see "Sign in to your "queens.edu" Exchange account using Microsoft" > Click Sign In
  8. You will then be taken to a Queens login page > Login using your Queens Email Address and Password
  9. Save Password
  10. You will then be prompted regarding permissions between your iOS Account and Microsoft > Click Accept
  11. Once complete your account will be verified
  12. Choose which options you'd like synchronized
  13. Click Save
Your device will automatically start downloading information.​

    This isn't working for me. I keep receiving a message that says account cannot be verified. Help please
