Inventory Queens Computer using Kace ( Windows 10 and 11 )

  • In order to inventory or check in your Queens computer you will need to find the Kace icon at the bottom right of your computer screen in the icon tray. The Icon will look like a grey circle with a small green checkmark or red X. Must be connected to the internet. It can be any internet connection.

  • Right click the icon and "Restart Agent"

  • The icon will disappear for a little bit and will reappear. Once it reappears you, right click it again and this time click "Inventory"

    That is it. Once it has been inventoried the computer information should be updated for IT to manage.
