Accessing an Admin session on a Windows PC or Mac
1. Open the admin by Request from the taskbar on windows and right click to Request Admin Access.
2. Fill out the required form for the Requested Administrator session.
3. Once the request is submitted the ITs team will review and will authorize the admin session or the install for the application or program you are requesting. Certain software will automatically be approved for install.
Accessing an Admin session on an Apple PC or Laptop
1. Open the admin by Request from the finder on the top right and right/option click to Request Admin Access.
2. Fill out the required form for the Requested Administrator session.
3. Once the request is submitted the ITs team will review and will authorize the admin session you will be granted Administrator access for the computer for a certain timeframe and will be able to perform the function you are requesting. Certain software will automatically be approved for install.
