Adobe apps immediatley closing

On an Apple device:

 

Please locate this folder: Go>computer>HDD>library>Application support>Adobe>Operatingconfig

 

Delete that folder.

 

Log out of Creative Cloud and back in and it should all work.

 

For Windows:

 

Please locate this folder: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\OperatingConfigs.

 

Delete that folder.

 

Log out of Creative Cloud and back in and it should all work.
