Canvas Support Guide


Canvas is a new learning platform for Queens! We are gradually migrating to this new system over the next few semesters. Canvas has not yet replaced MyCourses, they will run side by side as we transition courses to the new system over the 20-21 school year.

How do I get help if I have a question or encounter an issue?

Canvas provides ‘24/7 Tier One’ support to ALL users (including students). Users can contact Canvas in-house support 24/7/365 through online ticket submission, chat or phone. Support is ‘unlimited’, meaning that Queens is not charged on a per-ticket or per-incident basis.

For any questions or problems within the Canvas system. All users should contact Canvas support first. 

Canvas Support can be contacted in a number of ways, most are accessed by clicking on the 'Help' button in the main menu ribbon.
