Opening Presentations or Documents from an External Flash Drive or Hard Drive on a Classroom Computer

If you connect an external storage device to a classroom computer, you may get an error message when you try to launch presentations or documents. To resolve this, simply drag the file from the external storage to the desktop of the virtual computer and then open it from there. This will not remove the file from the external storage.
