Error When Logging into VDI "Your Session has Expired"

Issue: User encounters error saying "Your session has expired. Please re-connect the server" after logging in to the VDI portal at mydesktop.queens.edu. This may occur multiple times consecutively before a successful login attempt.

Resolution: In order to resolve this problem you will need to clear your browsers cache and cookies. The process for this will be slightly different depending on which browser you are using. See below for instructions on how to complete this.
