Passwords not being saved in Sharepoint


User is asked to enter login credentials every time they visit Sharepoint or open a Microsoft document through Sharepoint. 


  1. Verify that user is logged into Microsoft Office. 
    1. You can do this by opening a blank Word document and then Clicking File and Account.
  2. Open I.E. and then internet Options verify settings below. image002__1_.png
  3. Close out of IE and all Office apps. 
  4. Relaunch IE, navigate to Sharepoint and have user login. 
  5. Test opening of Office docs saved in Sharepoint.
