User is asked to enter login credentials every time they visit Sharepoint or open a Microsoft document through Sharepoint.
- Verify that user is logged into Microsoft Office.
- You can do this by opening a blank Word document and then Clicking File and Account.
- Open I.E. and then internet Options verify settings below.
- Close out of IE and all Office apps.
- Relaunch IE, navigate to Sharepoint and have user login.
- Test opening of Office docs saved in Sharepoint.
