Creating a Skype Meeting in Outlook Web Access

This article will cover the creation of Skype Meetings via Outlook Web Access. OWA is located at: mail.queens.edu . 

 

1. Login to OWA (mail.queens.edu)

 

2. Click Calendar OWA_Calendar.png

 

3. With the calendar opened - click New OWA_Calendar_New.png

 

4. With your new event opened click Add Skype Meeting. You will receive confirmation that instructions will be sent to the recipient.

5. Fill out all applicable information for your meeting including: date, time, and people.

6. Click Send
