On Mac computers, if you try to print a file and you receive a "Printer Paused" message, please try the following:
1) Restart the Mac to clear out any jobs in the print queue. If that does not clear the issue, do the following:
2) Log on as the local admin; remove the printer and re-install it using the IP Address (10.132.22.38) instead of the Print Server name (appprint02).
