How Do I Configure My Queens Email Account on an Android Device

Note for Current Microsoft Exchange/Corporate Users:  The Microsoft Exchange/Corporate Email username field cannot be edited on Android devices once account setup is complete.  If you are currently using Microsoft Exchange/Corporate Email on your Android mobile device, you must remove this account prior to adding the new Queens account.
To remove a previous Microsoft Exchange/Corporate Email account:
  1. ​Navigate to Applications
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts & Sync
  3. Tap the account that you wish to remove
  4. Tap “Remove account”
To add your Queens Email account to your Android device:
Please note that the following instructions may vary based on the device manufacturer and OS version
  1. ​Navigate to Applications
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts & Sync 
  3. Tap Add Account
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange or Corporate
  5. Enter your Email address and password.
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Under Server Settings, enter the following:
  8. Domain: (optional)
  9. Username: Enter your complete Email address.
  10. Password:  Enter your Queens password
  11. Server: Enter “”, without the quotes
  12. Port: if not already populated type 443
  13. Check Use Secure Connection and Accept All SSL Certificates.
  14. Tap Next.
  15. After authentication, check the boxes associated with the features you want to include such as Push, Amount to Sync, Notifications, Sync Contacts, Sync Calendar, Sync Calendar Amount etc.
  16. Click Next.
  17. Enter an account name such as “Queens”, for example to identify the account
  18. Click Done​
